okay. so cook won. when we found out during recess marge and nandi were DEVASTATED. i think archuleta should have won cos his performance on the final was better. And his voice is beautiful. Then again when i hear cook sing i think he deserves to win too cos he sings really well too. I'm such a confused, undecided, fickle fan. sigh. Thing is, they're two totally different styles and I LIKE BOTH. I agree with marge and nat they should have been split into two different seasons! okay enough american idol.
school today was pretty fun we watched videos in almost all the lessons. oh in history, we watched a documentary on French Revolution and there was this scene of this whaddayacallthat. the thing used to chop people's head off. yes anyway the blade was like gleaming and bloody and i keep seeing that image. ugh.
I went to math tuition, took mrt with eewen on the way there. We bumped into vivien and cheryl koh. Those two people are unbelievable. here's an extract of the conversation throughout the train journey.

me: [on root canal treatment] oh it doesnt hurt now cos i took painkillers. panadol.
vivien: ohhh. huh you put the panadol on your gum ah
me and eewen: UH NO?! who does that!
cheryl koh: why not. then how do you use the painkillers
eewen: you SWALLOW it?
me: and the medicine goes into your bloodstream
vivien: but that takes too long!
eewen: oh okay then you have stomachache you put panadol on your stomach ah?
me: you have headache you put panadol on your head?
all: LAUGH
vivien: eh maybe might work eh
eewen and me: UGH!

and then cos eewen got off pretty early i was left at the mercy of their self-proclaimed complicated minds. the pain of it. sigh.
